2011 PHASE II SUBMISSIONS OPEN!

The Coffeehouse Committee is pleased to open submissions for Phase II of the Fall 2011 semester.  Phase II will run from Monday, Nov. 28 – Wednesday, Dec. 14.  Because of the short time period for this Phase II, we especially encourage submissions that can run in repertory with other submissions.

Additionally, the Committee would like to remind submitters that the Coffeehouse is an ALCOHOL-FREE ZONE, and is not to be used for parties or alcohol-inclusive events.

Be a part of the Coffeehouse Committee!

Are you interested in assisting with the Coffeehouse programming?

We’re looking for 2011-2012 members of the Coffeehouse committee!

The Coffeehouse is run by a student committee of approximately 10-15 members, depending on the semester and the availability of members. We meet on Mondays from 12-1 PM in the Coffeehouse, and your time commitment during events taking place in the Coffeehouse varies depending on your availability.

Committee members vote on submissions, help to determine the direction the Coffeehouse will go in each phase, assist with various show and presentations in the space, and offer their individual expertise to the process. We are looking for members from all schools, who are interested in interdisciplinary, collaborative work, and who are interested in the process of curating a space and developing the long-term vision for what it can look like.

Interested? Email us the producers and let us know a bit about yourself!
