You are invited to attend a special convergence between the CalArts School of Theater and Moscow Art Theater School in the MOD Lobby starting at 9 am. We will be working together via live video from our own corners of the globe! Prof. Anatoly Smeliansky, who is the Dean of the Moscow Art Theatre School and the Associate Artistic Director of Moscow Art Theatre (MXAT), is the best-known expert on Chekhov in Russia and has lectured frequently in the U.S. We are just developing a relationship that can lead us into creating and co-producing projects and further on a possible student exchange.
